Leland, "Lee for short," Paxton's first car was a 1928 Ford. Now he owns a 1995 four door Lexus coupe and although time may have rendered him unable to drive, he still enjoys rides up the canyon to his hometown, Park City. Lee has done to life what a Model-A Ford has done to the road-traveled, traversed and toured the sometimes intimidating terrain.

Crack! Suddenly a chunk of the mountain the size of a small car was headed right towards Westminster student Jesse Blais.

Westminster lacrosse opens season with MCLA Face Off

The Westminster men's lacrosse team opened the 2010 season Feb.19 and 20 at the MCLA Full House Face Off in Las Vegas, Nevada. Westminster opened the tournament against No. 16 UC-Santa Cruz on Friday, Feb. 19 at 5 p.m. The Griffins lost.

The semi-finals and championship were on Saturday, Feb.

Today I'm embarrassed to admit I'm a Utahn. I've never lived anywhere, but here with the "greatest snow on earth." And now I finally understand why my friends are so proud to be from other states. The fateful four word phrase-The Utah State Legislature.

Dear Editor,

In light of the recent article, "Why religions should support same-sex marriage," I thought it appropriate to clarify LDS doctrine and policies in regards to your statements which were quite confrontational. They including accusations that our religion pushes those who practice homosexuality to suicide, holds them responsible for the AIDS pandemic, and telling them their "soul is dammed for eternity.
